Villamartin Hills in Spain's Murcia area - the retirement development is just 30 minutes from Murcia Airport which has daily flights from most UK airports - offers potential purchasers a unique money-back deal on its secure two bedroom retirement apartments.

Villamartin Hills is designed as your retirement home in the sun, with a range of support facilities for the older resident.

The money-back deal under Life Lease means that purchasers have the option to get their invested money back at any time if they decide to leave their home. This offer applies in perpetuity. The money will be returned within 40 days of the property being vacated.
