THE COMPLEX
Whether you are a keen golfer or not, Trampolin Hills offers an excellent potential retirement location at low, low prices compared to similar developments near the beach.
THE GOLF COURSE
Golfers will have the benefit of a fine new 18 hole golf course just a short walk from their own front door (most villas and apartments overlook the course). The course will offer a good challenge to players created by Sr Pinero’s wide international tournament experience.
Also, there are a number of other fine courses within an hour’s drive of Trampolin Hills including the famous Desert Springs course and the courses at La Manga.
WHAT ABOUT NON-GOLFERS?
Non-golfers will find a host of other distractions to entertain them – including private and communal swimming pools (private pools for the villas, communal pools for apartment owners) as well as tennis courts.
There are excellent restaurants and bars as part of the complex as well as a commercial centre with shops, banking etc. There is also a four star international hotel – useful for when friends and family come to visit.
FACILITIES
For added peace of mind - and essential for older purchasers - the complex also features a medical centre offering excellent healthcare cover.
And of course, there is the biggest attraction of all – the climate. This area of Murcia has over 300 days of sunshine a year and low rainfall. It has mild winters, warm but not oppressive spring and autumn weather and hot summers.
EASY ACCESS FROM THE UK
With access from UK regional airports – most have daily flights to Murcia – this development is close enough to be a weekend destination for homeowners while for those with time to spare, it offers a superb home in the sun. A new airport even closer – but not close enough to create aircraft noise - is under construction and due to open next year.
It means that, from most parts of the UK, Trampolin Hills can be reached in half a day.
LOCATION
Trampolin Hills is just outside the Spanish village of Campos del Rio, which has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is around 15 minutes drive from Murcia, capital of the area and a fascinating and very Spanish city well worth multiple visits.
For beach lovers, the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor (Europe’s largest saltwater lake) are less than 30 minutes drive away. Mar Menor is famous for its mineral properties excellent for rheumatism and arthritis.

Trampolin Hills is a gated community with 24 hour CCTV security.
PROPERTY
Villas
In total, Trampolin Hills will have 2.700 properties – villas and apartments.
There are three types of villas, all with four bedrooms and three bathrooms/shower rooms.
The villa designs are the Alhambra with 167 sq. metres of living space and plot, the Sevilla with 140 sq metres of living space/plot and the Triana with 133 sq metres of living space and plot.
All villas have pools, parking and extensive terraces.
Villa prices are:
- 250,000 Euros to 272,000 Euros.
Apartments
The apartments and penthouses are available as three bedrooms/two bathrooms and two bedrooms/two bathrooms and one bedroom/one bathroom. All have balconies/terraces, parking, storage and shared swimming pools.
