WPML subsidises the cost of an Inspection Visit and the cost of £99 per person includes the following:
- Return flights from the UK airport of your choice (note: in a very few cases an airport supplement may be payable).
- Transfer to and from the Spanish airport
- Bed and breakfast in a quality hotel for two nights (3 day trip)
- Two evening restaurant meals
Not included are lunches (though we ensure clients are taken to attractive restaurant/café locations at lunchtime), alcoholic drinks and personal spending. We also ask for flexibility on airports and flight depature times.

WPML are retirement specialists for Spain and we fully discuss Clients' needs before each Inspection Visit via a detailed questionnaire or a personal discussion. We guarantee that Clients will only view property pre-discussed and agreed to. We only agree to take Clients on an inspection visit if there is a serious interest in purchasing a retirement property in Spain.
Beware: many property companies offer Inspection Visits free or at a very cheap price. However, this means that, while in Spain, your time is not your own, there is often intense pressure to reserve a property and you are forced to view many developments which are unsuitable to your needs.
At WPML, we know that buying a property in Spain is a big decision (we have bought ourselves). It's important to have all the relevant information, to visit the area of Spain you are contemplating living in and to view the development to make sure it's truly what you need as well as what you want.

During the trip we will explain all of the details including total purchase costs, annual service charges, legal processes and formalities, letting potential and even where to get the best deals on your furniture. We can help with opening a Spanish bank account and, if required, advise on where to get a mortgage.*
